Martin Preston

Martin has worked in football and sport for over 30 years. He coached early in his career and held national leadership roles during 14 years at The FA where he spent time in the Technical Division, led major projects and the largest staff team. Since founding his people and organisational performance consultancy he’s supported a host of clients including the FA, the Premier League and both FIFA Technical Leadership and High Performance departments. He also has clients from a variety of sectors and is a Government business mentor.  Martin helps leaders, business teams and organisations evolve so they can maximise their performance and impact. He aligns strategy, culture and operations and helping others navigate complexity and harness change are key features of his work.
