PATRONS
For the past ten years, FLS has been made possible through the generous annual support of Nigel Wray. As Nigel’s agreed period of funding has now come to an end, we are looking to broaden our funding model to secure the Foundation’s future.
Our goal is to raise at least £25,000 per year to deliver a minimum of three workshops, an annual conference, and expand our work with schools and universities to inspire the next generation of leaders. As a registered charity, every pound raised is reinvested directly into our work, helping us maximise our impact and create opportunities for future leaders.
To achieve this, we are inviting Patrons to support FLS at the following levels:
GOLD PATRON
One patron/group/company- £10.0k per annum for two years.
SILVER PATRON
Six x Silver patron/group/company- £2.5k per annum each for two years.
BRONZE PATRON
Twenty x Bronze patron/group/company - £1.0k each for two years
Benefits of patronage
Patrons may support and participate in a unique leadership programme which ‘punches way above its weight’, with an unrivalled network of luminaries from the worlds of sport, business and the military.

Mike Littlewood
Joe Samuels
Martin Taylor
One of the first steps in launching this initiative was reaching out to three former University of Bristol rugby players, all of whom had previously been coached through the university programme. We are delighted that all three immediately committed to supporting the initiative at our Silver Patron level.
A huge thank you to Mike Littlewood, Joe Samuels and Martin Taylor for getting behind the Foundation so enthusiastically from the outset. Each brings a wealth of leadership experience and mentoring expertise from their respective fields, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.
Richard Hytner
We are also delighted that Richard Hytner, FLS Director and author of the acclaimed leadership book Consiglieri, has joined the initiative as a Silver Patron.
Our sincere thanks to Richard, Mike, Joe and Martin for their generous support and belief in the Foundation’s mission. Their commitment provides a fantastic platform as we continue to grow the initiative.
