Richard Lloyd

Richard has been a supporter of FLS for several years. He has recently stepped down as Managing Director of Encirc Beverages, based at The Park near Bristol, which is the largest wine-bottling plant in Europe. It was previously Accolade Wines. Richard has hosted several very successful FLS events at The Park.

Richard’s approach to leadership is what brought us together. The culture he helped create at The Park demonstrated modern leadership at its’ best.

In his younger days, Richard played rugby at International schools level and as a professional for Coventry and Nottingham.
